Deputy Governor of Gombe state Mr David Miyims involved in Auto crash in Nigeria, flown to and dies in Germany
Its so painful and saddening as the Deputy Governor of Gombe State, Mr David Miyims Albashi yesterday died at the age of 52 years at a Hospital Stadisches Kliniku Stutgart in Germany.
Before he was flown to Germany for treatment, he had already had a ghastly motor accident on August 28 2011 while returning from a visit to his village along Gombe-Yola road, his car had a collission with another vehicle where his corporal Thomas Nifwa died on the spot.
So he was flied from National Hospital Abuja on September 13 to Germany to receive treatment as he sustained many injuries in the head.
The state Governor Ibrahim Dakwambo. has declared a 7 days public holiday to mourn him, and as his death falls in the week of Eid-el-Kabir, the Governor urged the people to celebrate the Salah in a low key. Burial arrangents will be announced later as said by the Governor. R.I.P.
