Raymond Obi Eze arrested for hiding under bed to watch couples making love

Raymond Obi Eze was arraigned before an Ejigbo Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for sneaking into a couple’s bedroom to watch them making love,
The man would usually sneak into thecouple’s room and hide under their bed just before they enter for love making.
According to Vanguard Newspaper, the couple, Mr. Leuise Chigozie and his wife, Vicky, said they weremaking love when they noticed the accused hiding under the bed watching them.
Eze’s attempt to escape was thwarted by Chigozie,who after grabbing him raised an alarm. The brawl between the accused (Eze) andChigozie led to his wife sustaining injury.
The accused was said to have been arrested and handed over to the police at Idimu Station, who arraigned him before the court on a two-count charge of unlawful entry and attempted murder, offences contrary to Section 320 of the Criminal Code, Cap.17, Vol. 2, Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2003.
He (accused) told the police that he was not a thief neither didhe attempted to harm the couple, but was only watching them to derive sexualsatisfaction and pleaded for leniency.
Magistrate M. B. Folami admitted Eze (accused) bail in the sum of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum, but he was unable to perfect the bail conditions and was ordered to be remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri Maximum Security Prisons, Apapa, Lagos.
